OUR EVENTS
At Gymhire.ie, we take pride in supporting events that inspire healthier lifestyles and promote positive change in communities across Ireland.
We partnered with @triathlonireland at the National Indoor Arena, supplying 20 professional spin bikes for a youth-focused event designed to encourage kids to get active, discover the joy of fitness, and build confidence through sport.
We also proudly supported the #CycleAgainstSuicide campaign at the historic Swords Castle in Dublin. For this charity event, our team delivered and installed 20 spin bikes, creating a powerful cycling experience that raised awareness around suicide prevention.

GymHire.ie is only for hiring gym equipment. However, at the end of your hire period, you have the option to purchase the equipment if you are happy with it.

Equipment Rental
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes, our minimum rental period is 4 weeks. However, we also cater to one-off events.

How do I extend my hire period?
You can renew your hire period online through our Pay for Rehire section or call us.
Can I buy the equipment I rented?
No, GymHire.ie only offers equipment for hire. If you wish to purchase gym equipment, visit our parent website GymGear.ie.
What condition is the equipment in?
All rental equipment undergoes a full service and safety check before delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?
If the product is defective or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours, and we will arrange for repair or replacement.
What happens if I want to cancel my rental early?
If you cancel after delivery, the full hire period charge may still apply.
How do I request a refund?
